Blushing Face - Exfoliate

Without exfoliation, over time, clumps of dead skin cells form on the surface of your skin. This can make skin look dull & uneven, cause clogged pores & can even lead to precancerous growths. Exfoliation is the process of removing these clumps, which not only makes your skin healthier, but makes it look more radiant as well. Exfoliating every day is key to beautiful, radiant, and healthy skin. - Neal Schultz MD

One can exfoliate the skin with chemical peels, microdermabrasion and retinoids. Scrubs help in removing the top layers of dead skin cells, which make your skin look dull. Exfoliating the skin once a week by using microdermabrasion keeps the skin glowing all throughout the year. Use a gentle scrub, which contains tiny grains. Big grain found in cheap scrubs can damage the skin. A chemical peel can take years of your face. Retinoids also help in removing top layers of skin cells that are dead. Toners can also be used to remove oil and dirt and makeup.
